His formative years and education were deeply rooted in Suryapet, culminating in his Bachelor of Science degree from Osmania University in 1994—a stepping stone toward an illustrious career.
Early Career and Entrepreneurial Foundations
Harikrishna began his professional journey in Hyderabad, working with organizations that honed his adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. In 1997, he ventured into IT Consulting, embracing the burgeoning tech industry. Between 1999 and 2002, he expanded his horizons, engaging with Foreign Worker Recruitment in Malaysia. Despite encountering unforeseen challenges and business losses, his indomitable spirit pushed him to reinvent himself.himself.
In 2004, Harikrishna entered the world of US IT Staffing, where he successfully managed Staff Augmentation positions until 2007. Demonstrating his versatility, he transitioned into the construction sector, establishing his own company and contributing to Hyderabad’s urban landscape by building apartments in key locations.
Global Ventures and Transformative Years
Harikrishna’s entrepreneurial pursuits took a global turn in 2013, when he moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and founded ITG Solutions Sdn Bhd, specializing in Big Data Systems. His success in Malaysia inspired him to expand further, leading to the incorporation of ITG Solutions, LLC in New Jersey, USA. Operating from Bronx, NY, he navigated the complex and competitive US market until November 2019.
While these endeavors brought professional accolades, Harikrishna felt a deeper calling to create something profoundly impactful—something that would empower individuals and contribute meaningfully to society.

Under his leadership, the company has developed two groundbreaking mobile applications:
- NUNE: Named after his family surname to signify credibility and sustainability, this app provides a platform for passionate cooks to earn income by offering quality food, blending community spirit with financial empowerment.
- HiGen: Designed to enable individuals to earn handsomely while working on their own terms, HiGen focuses on empowering people by offering flexible work opportunities in service sectors like exterior car cleaning and bathroom cleaning.

Harikrishna’s deep-seated desire to give back to society is embodied in his initiative, Anantha Lakshmi Trust for Education (ALT for Education).
